冀婷婷,出生于1991年1月,山西太原人,理学博士,现任太原工业学院理学系讲师,2020年毕业于吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室。主要的研究方向为高压下半导体材料的电输运性质。主持山西省科技厅自由探索类项目1项,山西省高等学校科技创新项目一项,主持横向项目1项;参与省级教改项目1项,主要研究成果有:
