刘晋宏,出生于1989年3月,山西柳林人,副教授,青年学术带头人。2020年毕业于山西大学物理电子工程学院光电研究所,获得理学博士学位。主要从事量子干涉和量子精密测量等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,发表学术论文10余篇。
